What Happens After You Get in Touch
We come back to you to talk through what you need, whether that is a new system, a service, a repair or a planned maintenance contract. For a new air conditioning installation we book a survey, where one of our engineers looks at the rooms, the walls, where the outdoor unit could go and how the pipework would run.
After the survey we send a free written quotation with no obligation. It names the units, explains what is included and sets out anything to check first, such as consent for a listed building or a flat. When you are happy, we agree a date, fit and commission the system, register the manufacturer warranty and talk to you about servicing.
For a service or an air conditioning repair, tell us the make of the system if you know it and what it is doing. We arrange a visit, and for a repair we diagnose the fault and give you the price before any work starts.
Our Two Addresses
Sussex office: 2nd Floor, Afon Building, Worthing Road, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1TL. This is where our Sussex and Surrey work is planned and booked, for towns such as Guildford, Dorking, Brighton, Worthing and Chichester.
Registered office and Lincolnshire base: 61b Old Main Road, Fosdyke, Boston, Lincolnshire PE20 2BU. This base covers Boston, Spalding, Sleaford, Grantham, Lincoln and the surrounding area.
Surveys, installations and servicing all take place at your property, so you do not need to come to us. The same office number handles bookings for both areas, and you can see all the towns we cover on our areas page.

Do you charge for a survey?
No. The survey and the written quotation are free, with no obligation to go ahead. One of our engineers visits, looks at the rooms and the building, and talks through the options with you. The quotation that follows names the units and sets out what is included, so you can compare it with any other price you are given.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Sussex and Surrey from our Horsham office and Lincolnshire from our base at Fosdyke, near Boston. That includes Guildford, Godalming, Dorking, Brighton, Worthing, Chichester, Haywards Heath and many towns and villages in between, as well as Boston, Spalding, Sleaford, Grantham and Lincoln.
